I am looking for some part time jobs for the next (at least) two months and maybe longer as I make a career change. I have spent most of my life taking care of others both in paid and unpaid roles. I am trustworthy and responsible and enjoy interacting with people. I have life skills such as cooking, cleaning, driving, grocery shopping, doing laundry, maintaining a calendar, making appointments etc. I know how to order medication refills, provide reminders and set up dispensers. I am married and have three young adult children. I've had both cats and dogs. Besides having raised our three children, I have also: worked in licensed child care settings (birth through 5th grade), worked in a variety of group homes (folks with dementia, intellectual disabilities, mental illness, youth/adults). I have a flexible schedule and am open to different opportunities.
Most recent review
Kristine is helping my husband regain his stamina walking after a stroke. When they started they talked at length about his interests and things he enjoyed before the stroke then used that information to find wonderfully creative places to go explore. Her kind heart and sense of humor fit so well into our family.
