About Kristina

I'd describe my personality as creative, outgoing, patient, engaged and energetic. I like working with kids because they encourage me to think differently. Shaping young minds, helping them discover their passions, and equipping them with the tools to succeed in their little world of theirs (no matter the age!) I started working with kids when I was young started off with my younger siblings than to my cousins. which than ultimately led to me watching family friends, coworkers, church friends, ect! My skills include helping regulate the child's emotion back to being more centered, with using context prior to understanding what the child needs whether properly communicated or not. I love allowing space for the child to be a child, but knowing when to step in and intervening before anything may happen. Not only do I desire to build relationship with the child but aswell as the guardians entirely. Keeping in touch with the parents when they're out, prior them leaving, and after!
