For over 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping students thrive. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, empowering you to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I tailor my approach by actively listening and observing how you engage with new material, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by celebrating successes and encouraging curiosity. Open communication is key, and I value building trust with both students and parents. Regular updates keep everyone informed and create a collaborative environment. I'm experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I find the most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I can help with Test Preparation, Special Education, and Study Skills.
