About Kristiana

Hi! My name is Kristiana, and I am a dependable, compassionate, and patient caregiver with several years of experience working with children in both educational and childcare settings. I currently work for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) as a Teacher Assistant, where I help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students each day. I have also worked as a nanny and in a licensed childcare center, giving me experience caring for children of various ages and developmental needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and pride myself on being reliable, organized, and attentive. Whether it's helping with homework, planning fun and educational activities, preparing simple meals, or maintaining a consistent routine, I strive to provide care that allows children to thrive.
