With two years of experience, I hold a graduate degree and am a certified teacher with expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By observing your student's unique interactions with new material, I adapt my strategies--from visual aids to hands-on activities--to ensure concepts click. I break down complex problems into manageable steps and connect lessons to personal interests to keep motivation high. I believe clear communication with families is essential for building a collaborative environment. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill.
