I am passionate about providing care that creates a positive impact on the lives of seniors. With two years of companion care experience, a bachelors degree in music with a sociology minor, and a graduate degree in education, I prioritize building trust through kindness, warmth, and genuine interest in the people I support. I love learning about people's favorite books, music, and life stories to create a truly personalized experience in which they feel seen and valued. I am patient, have a good sense of humor, and am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations while respecting a person's unique level of independence. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training to support safety during our time together. I'm happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, planning outings (if appropriate), and transportation. My regular updates via your preferred method keep family informed.
