I have been an aide for over 25 years in a nursing home setting but about 8 years ago started doing private care in homes. I found that more people need help in their own homes. and do better with living at home in a secure surroundings that they are use to and happy. I have also done private care for people who have had surgeries and needed a little extra help during recovery time. I also have done private care for those who have been diagnosed with dementia and stoke also carig for those who have cancer. I will do all the little extra to make your family member feel loved and safe in their own home. Love to keep them active and talking about their family history and memories of family and friends.

There are not enough words to describe our family's appreciation for Krista and the gifts she brought to my Mom's journey with dementia. She had an ability to work through the anxiety that so often accompanies this disease. She was professional with her job responsibilities, shared concerns, observations and offered suggestions that helped me know how to best meet Mom's needs. She took the time to get to know Mom's heart in spite of the dementia which made the job so challenging at times. She found ways to bring joy to Mom's day. Her kindness, and compassion were evident in everything she did. Without hesitation I would recommend Krista to provide care to your loved one.
