About Kristal

I am a caring, patient, and responsible person with experience working with children and I am now very motivated to learn and grow in the field of senior care. I am eager to learn and provide support that helps seniors feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to be someone families can trust and feel at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands. I'd describe my personality as introspective, creative and warm I believe older adults deserve more attention in our society. I have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology, and I plan to pursue a Master's in Social Gerontology. Gaining hands-on experience in senior care is very important to me, and I am committed to learning, providing support, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for those in my care. I am looking for flexible hours, and/or being on call if needed. Since I am new to senior care, I value patience, clear communication, and guidance as I continue learning.
