About Konnie

I am excited about the opportunity to bring my extensive experience working with children to families. With six sisters, I've always been deeply involved in childcare and understand the nuances of creating a nurturing and engaging environment. My professional background includes working with children under the age of 8 with autism through ABA Kids, where I honed my skills in providing individualized support and care. Additionally, my time with Brightspring Health Services allowed me to work with children over the age of 13 with autism and other disabilities, further developing my ability to adapt to diverse needs and challenges. Beyond these experiences, I have also enjoyed babysitting children without learning difficulties or disabilities, giving me a well-rounded perspective on childcare. I like working with kids because you get to see them grow, learn, and discover new things, plus their energy and honesty can be really refreshing
