About Konni

Hello! I'm Konni, an educator passionate about inspiring a love of learning in my students. I hold a master's and doctorate degrees in Education with a focus on instructional leadership, a California teaching credential, and specialized training as a reading specialist. I have years of experience teaching K-4 in private and public schools. I have spent the last 6 years teaching learning pods, micro-schools, and at a hybrid learning center. I quickly fell in love with these community oriented environments that value flexible pathways and individualized learning. I enjoy creating environments where students feel seen and supported, while developing critical thinking skills, creativity, confidence, and having FUN.
