Hi! My name is K'Lynn! I have extensive experience working with children in both caregiving and professional settings. I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and work as a Clinical Supervisor in the ABA field. Through both my education and hands-on experience, I've developed strong skills in patience, communication, emotional regulation support, and creating engaging routines for children. I am CPR/First Aid trained, have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and am a non-smoker. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and nurturing while also maintaining structure and safety. My professional background has given me a deep understanding of child development, behavior, and how to meet children where they are while helping them feel supported and cared for.
