About Taryn

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development and five years of paid hands-on experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I have confidently managed groups of up to 20 children at a time in structured program settings, while also providing attentive, nurturing care for younger children in classroom environments. My background has equipped me with strong skills in behavior management, activity planning, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development at every stage. I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
