This reference is for Kiyawna, who worked at my family child care for 11 years, from her teenage years until she was 25. Kiyawna was amazing with the children and excelled at navigating and engaging children of all ages. She grew into the role of a child care provider assistant and learned all facets of caring for children, acting effectively as a teacher, caregiver, and chef. She was highly attentive to the children's individual needs, especially infants and toddlers, and excelled at tailoring her interactions accordingly. Additionally, she developed excellent communication skills with the parents nurturing a trust that still stands today. She is sorely missed at our facility by all, and she is always welcome back if she returns to California. I highly recommend her for any future endeavors.
