About Taylor

Hi, I'm Taylor! I have a lifelong passion for working with children, inspired by the special bond I shared with my own babysitter growing up. With a hardworking mom, my sitter became a constant, loving presence in my life-and I strive to bring that same warmth, reliability, and support to every family I work with. With over 6 years of hands-on experience, I've cared for children of all ages, including those with special needs. My background includes 4 years as a daycare teacher, and I currently work as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT), where I support children with autism and other developmental differences in their emotional and behavioral growth. I take pride in being a positive role model, helping children feel confident, supported, and valued as they grow. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education.
