About Kiya

Hi I'm Kiya! I am a recent grad of Alabama State University where I studied rehabilitation services. I am in the process of getting my masters to become a pediatric occupational therapist. My hobbies include cheering, reading and fashion! Over the summer I worked part time at webster childcare center where I care for infants-2-year-old. I began my childcare career working with family and neighborhood children, then eventually referrals led me to becoming a certified sitter and working with other families professionally. I've worked with children as young as 2 months and I am very comfortable advancing my responsibilities as they grow, assisting with things such as meal prepping, sleep training, and potty training. I'm also experienced at helping older children with homework & craft ideas to keep entertained!
