I'm currently seeking a full-time nanny position in the Erie or surrounding areas, M-F, ideally from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I do have some flexibility depending on daily needs and can help outside of those hours, including most evenings and weekends. Kirstin was a phenomenal nanny for my three kids, aged 2, 4, and 4 at the time (twins and a toddler)! We chose her for her background as an educator, her kindness, and her patience, and she exceeded all our expectations. Kirstin was up for any and all outings and routines, including year-round outdoor kindergarten with the kids in all kinds of weather, even when pregnant herself. She bonded deeply with each of the kids, held clear boundaries, respected our parenting style, and communicated professionally at all times.
