About Allison

With over 25 years of experience as a certified educator, youth theatre director, and mother, I bring warmth, energy, and deep developmental insight into every family home. I am animated, creative, and deeply caring. I love bringing stories to life with funny voices, planning fun crafts, going on mini outdoor adventures, and sparking kids' imagination through hands-on play. Alongside my teaching background (M. A. in Theatre Education) and active youth directing work, I have over 5 years of dedicated nannying experience, including 4 years caring for a family of three in Boulder. I am seeking a consistent, part-time nannying role (roughly 15-20 hours/week, mid-mornings to early afternoons, 4-5 days a week). I provide a safe, nurturing environment where your children feel seen, supported, and engaged every day.
