About Kirsten

Art has always been Central to my life, and I love sharing that passion with others. I began tutoring in college, building lasting connections with students and families, and I bring that same patience and enthusiasm today. I'm experienced and mixed media, pottery, painting, and set design, and was honored to attend the Wyoming State Art Fair at the University of Wyoming. I also contributed to theater productions, designing costumes, makeup, and set designs, including the Mad Hatter and "flutterbies" for Alice in Wonderland, utilizing special effects makeup. Beyond visual art, I'm musical as well, playing clarinet and guitar, and performed at the state level in Wyoming All State Marching Band all four years of high school. My goal as a tutor is to help students explore their creativity, build confidence, and enjoy the process of making art in a supportive, inspiring environment.
