Hi! I'm Kira, a student at UC Santa Barbara with a strong background working with elementary-age children in both academic and caregiving settings. I focus on making learning approachable, engaging, and confidence-building. I enjoy supporting students in reading, writing, and basic math, and I aim to explain concepts in simple, clear ways that match each child's learning style. Through my experience working with younger children, I've learned how to be patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I love helping kids stay focused while also feeling comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.
