About Kinsey

Hi there, I'm Kinsey! I just graduated from UC Santa Cruz this June and received my degree in Developmental Psychology. Working with kids is a huge passion of mine, and I have tons of experience with both teaching and babysitting kids. In college I worked with children on the autism spectrum, as well as working with babies and young kids in my developmental psychology research lab. I am very outdoorsy, and love to explore beautiful places in Santa Cruz with the kids I babysit for. I believe that kids learn from exploring the world around them, and value hands-on experience outdoors rather than screen time. Babysitting is more than just a job for me, and I strive to encourage kids' curiosity and playfulness through interactive experiences. I'm happy to help with drop-off, pick-up, transportation, housekeeping, swimming supervision, pet care, and more! I also have experience with tutoring for math, english, and history for K-12 education. My rate is able to change if needed as well.
