Hi there! I've spent the last 7 years helping seniors stay independent and comfortable at home, and I truly love this work. I'm CPR trained and happy to help with whatever makes the day easier: getting around safely, assisting with medications, cooking a good meal, or keeping the house tidy. I'm also comfortable helping with personal care like showering, dressing, and grooming, always with patience and respect for your loved one's privacy and dignity. I'm available for overnight shifts too, so you can rest easy knowing someone is there through the night. I'm patient and easygoing, and I know how to bring calm to a tough moment or gently shift the focus when someone's having a hard day. Whether you need a few hours of respite, a ride to an appointment, or help with errands, your trust matters to me, and I'll always make sure your loved one feels safe, respected, and cared for.
