About Anne

Hello! I am an occupational therapist with over 35 years of experience. I have recently semi-retired and I'm now working only two days a week. However, I am still interested in care giving! I am skilled and qualified in personal care, assist with meal prep/home care/errands and companionship. As an occupational therapist I have worked in a multitude of environments to help people gain functional independence after major surgery or a life changing event such as a stroke or Parkinson's disease. I have also worked with children helping them to achieve developmental milestones and increased function. I enjoy working with people of all ages. I am outgoing, and enjoy conversation and getting to know you. I also respect the desire for quiet. I understand it can be difficult to invite someone into your home and to ask for help. With compassion, respect and patience I hope to foster a caring, enjoyable and trusting relationship with you or your loved one.
