Empowering students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With 10 years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in Math and Special Education, holding a graduate degree that informs my approach. I prioritize building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning over simple memorization. To ensure success, I adapt my methods by incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and targeted discussions. I keep students engaged by connecting complex concepts to their personal interests and real-world applications. Because I have extensive experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), I am well-equipped to support diverse learning needs. Open communication remains the cornerstone of my work with both students and families. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is what makes my work so meaningful to me.
