Kim watches my baby girl a few times a week and we all love her. Kim is always on time, very good at communicating and is not phased by difficulties like my daughter refusing a bottle. Kim consistently works with her to find a solution to get her to take liquids while I'm gone and does a wonderful job of getting her fed. My daughter goes straight to her and lights up whenever she sees Kim. I love that they've bonded and I can relax and focus on my job knowing my baby is in such competent, caring hands.
