About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda, and for over 15 years I've found joy in nurturing, enriching, and supporting children and their families. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel seen, encouraged, and free to learn, explore, and simply enjoy being kids. My experience includes working as a teacher's assistant, private nanny, and most importantly, being a mom to my 12-year-old son. I'm patient, dependable, creative, and believe every child deserves individualized care. I enjoy outdoor play, crafts, reading, imaginative games, and educational activities. I care for children from newborn through age 11 and can also assist with light housekeeping, meals, homework, transportation, and swimming supervision. I have early childhood coursework and current CPR/First Aid certifications. As a parent, I understand the trust it takes to leave your child in someone else's care, and I consider that trust an honor.
