I'm looking to support people in living fully, feeling connected, and enjoying everyday life. I'm a creative person who loves good conversation, laughter, cooking, and seeing people thrive. I'm an ordained minister with a Doctor of Spiritual Studies, a Master Spiritual Life Coach, and a functional and integrative nutritionist with a chef's background. I'm comfortable working with people of all religions and beliefs, including those with no religious affiliation. I respect your path and enjoy discovering what matters to you. Helping care for my 86-year-old mother makes this work personal. I bring warmth, thoughtful listening, and respect for your independence. I offer companionship, meal preparation, errands, appointment transportation, light tidying, laundry, and pet care. I don't provide bathing, lifting, or hands-on personal care.
