About Kimberly

I am a lifelong learner who genuinely enjoys helping others discover their ability to learn, understand, and grow. I hold an A. A. S. in Human Services and am currently pursuing my B. S. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Western Washington University. For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of raising my 3 beautiful children into strong-minded, kind-hearted individuals. Motherhood has taught me the importance of truly seeing each person for who they are--recognizing their individual strengths, nurturing their curiosity, and giving them the encouragement and space to grow with confidence. I bring that same philosophy to tutoring. Learning is not one-size-fits-all, and I enjoy finding creative ways to explain concepts, work through challenges, and discover strategies that fit each learner. My approach is patient, encouraging, and adaptable. My goal is not simply to help students find the right answers, but to build confidence, recognize their strengths, and trust in their abilities.
