About Kimberly

Hi there! My name is Kim. I've been working with children for over 15 years. I received a Master's of Education in Early Childhood from Towson University. The past three years Ive been working in the classroom at Head Start working with young children from low income families. Prior to that, I've worked as a preschool teacher at, Bryn Mawr School, at their Little School (coed) for almost a decade. I love being a part of a child's learning and development. Watching them laugh, grow, seeing their personalities shine through has been a wonderful experience. Seeing them be able to grasp a new skill puts a smile on my face. I do believe in positive communication when interacting with children, through redirection and providing choices. Learning through play is fundamental to their learning.
