I'm Kim Williams, a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including 14 years in hospice nursing and additional experience in memory care, neurology, oncology, and case management. I especially enjoy working with older adults and helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. I am patient, compassionate, dependable, and comfortable caring for individuals with a variety of health and mobility needs. I can provide companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, transportation, light household assistance, respite care, and support following hospitalization or illness. My hospice background has given me extensive experience caring for individuals with serious and chronic illnesses and supporting families through difficult times. I am observant, comfortable recognizing changes in condition, and calm in unexpected situations.
