I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with a background in early childhood education, formal U. S. Army training, and years of one-to-one experience supporting individuals with special needs and varying levels of independence. My professional skills are strengthened by personal caregiving experience -- raising my son on the Asperger spectrum, now a successful IT professional, and assisting a sister-in-law with lifelong disabilities who requires ongoing supported living.
