Every time Kim arrived, she brought with her not only nursing expertise, but a demeanor able to calm - and cheer - even the most difficult patient. She knew how to really listen to my mom and understand her state of mind. Kim was never in a rush and always stayed until every one of mom's needs were met. Her brightest days were the ones that had Kim show up at the door. Every time Kim's shift was over, mom was sure she had been visited by an angel. We are so grateful to have had Kim care for her. You won't find many like Kim.
