Kimberly was very prompt and responsive to messages and was available on time for our phone interview. She has a degree in Childhood Education (that's what "child pedagogy' means when translated) and I believe she has plenty of experience. I appreciated that she was available and flexible on short notice. I ended up hiring another sitter this time around but I was impressed with Kimberly's professionalism.
