Kimberly HT from Portland, OR Hi there! Throughout my 30 years experience, I have had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, ranging from infants to teens. Most recently I have completed and recived my certificate as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). I have developed a deep understanding of child development and behavioral management techniques, allowing me to create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I enjoy finding new parks and playgrounds, along with going on adventures and exploring nature rain or shine. I believe in free play and allowing their imaginations to blossom. I also create structured play with crafts, music class, going to playgroups and storytime at the library or local bookstore. I understand the importance of open communication and collaboration to ensure the well-being and happiness of a family.
