We hired Kimberly because of some good reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We have employed caregivers for more than five years and they have always been paid promptly. We've never experienced a caregiver that was more unreliable or unprofessional than Kimberly.

My father is recovering from a car accident and a brain injury. He lives alone and suffers from multiple health problems, severe pain, and he is a fall risk, so we rely on caregivers to help him. On her third day of work, Kimberly went home four hours early without calling or notifying anyone. When I called her, she didn't call back but responded with a text saying that she had a "pinched nerve in her neck area." Her next text requested to be paid, but her text neglected to apologize for leaving my father unattended. The next time she was scheduled to work, Kimberly was enthusiastic but she failed to show up or call at her scheduled start time. I made attempts to contact her, but she did not respond.

Kimberly is wonderful in every way. We are so fortunate to have her taking care of mom.  She has years of experience, always early before her scheduled time, patient, loving, trustworthy. She genuinely cares for others.  Kimberly works in my home, as mom lives with me and my family..... (my husband and two kids). She blends right in and everyone loves her. 

Kimberly is a wonderful caregiver. We wish we could keep her. She was able to make vast improvements in both of my parents health and hygiene. She was reliable and a great cook. 

I could not have asked for a better caregiver for my wife in her final days. I would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone in need of a caregiver for a family member.


I hired Kimberly to take care of my mom while my wife and I were away at work.  My mother was 89 years old and had dementia.  She depended on someone to cook, help her shower and dress; Kimberly was able to assist her with all of her needs and she had a kind and caring demeanor while doing so.  Kimberly was also was a companion to my mom and talked to her and kept her company.  Unfortunately my mom passed away after Kimberly's second week with her, but I have no regrets in hiring Kimberly and would not hesitate to do so again.  I wish Kim the best of luck!

Kimberly worked for my family for 4.5 years. We used 24 hour shifts and she worked 4-5 of them a week. She has the biggest heart of anyone you have ever met and it is immediately apparent after you spend one minute with her. 

When Kimberly started with us my Grandmother had a very hard time accepting that she could no longer see well enough to cook and clean for herself so having a caregiver was going to be a rough transition. My Grandmother was difficult but Kim always made her feel included, which put my Grandmother at ease and she became so thankful for Kimberly.
We had multiple other caregivers come and go through the years and none of them could hold a candle to Kimberly (my Grandmother made this very clear, she wanted Kim 24/7). Kimberly was extremely flexible and helped our family through multiple transitions. Training new caregivers, covering scheduling issues, working holidays... Kimberly lived at the house for 6 weeks strait once because the other caregiver left without notice and we couldn't find a replacement. Her dedication is unparalleled. 
 
As my Grandmother declined she developed dementia and a host of other medical issues. Kim was instrumental in getting my Grandmother the medical care she needed, taking her to appointments, giving medications, nutrition, etc. My Grandmother also declined physically and by the end Kimberly was doing everything for her- showering her daily, brushing her teeth, moving her everywhere, bathroom duties... 

She also kept my Grandmothers personality alive even though the dementia was taking so much of it. My Grandmothers appearance was very important to her and Kimberly applied her makeup and curled her hair every day. It seems like such a little thing to everyone else but I know that it made my Grandmother feel like herself more than anything else possibly could have. When she went in the hospital all the nurses and doctors kept commenting on how great my Grandmother's skin looked, that is because Kimberly took fantastic care of her. 

Kimberly took care of everything for the 4.5 years she was with us. Made the menus, did the shopping, cleaned the whole house, bathing, laundry, medications and a million other things I can't even begin to list. Kim is extremely dependable and loving. You will not find a better caregiver for your loved one, if she is available hire her immediately because she is beyond amazing.
