About Kiara

Hi my name is Kiara! I am seeking part-time positions. I bring 4 years of professional childcare experience, along with an additional 3 years of volunteer experience. I previously work as a daycare teacher primarily in the 2 and half and 3 years old classroom but I have also worked in the infant, 1-2, and 3-5 years old classes. Outside of the teaching I've done freelance babysitting where I've babysat children ages 0-6. I have also volunteered as a camp counselor for both my church and nonprofit organizations. Currently, I volunteer as a mentor for an organization called Younglife where I work with adolescent parents ages 13-21. My responsibility includes childcare, transportation support, and mentorship for the parents. Professionally, I am educators, I teach children about body safety concepts and teach parents how to keep their children safe from harm and support their children!
