Hi! I have 8+ years of hands-on experience working with children of different ages, including high-energy and behavioral cases. I'm very patient, attentive, and naturally nurturing, but also know how to create structure and keep kids safe. I've worked long-term with families, which has allowed me to truly understand children's needs, routines, and emotional development. I'm comfortable handling challenging situations calmly and confidently, while still keeping things fun and engaging. I'm bilingual (English & Spanish), reliable, and very hands-on-I don't just "watch" kids, I interact with them, play with them, and make sure they're learning and growing. I can also help with light housekeeping, meals, travel, and overall support for the household.
