I was lucky enough to have found Kianna when my mom was first needing assistance with basic things, and even luckier to have had her as things got more difficult for my mom. We went through a lot in the time Kianna worked for us. I needed hiring a team of caregivers and Kianna became my right hand in the training process. My mom eventually needed 24/7 care and Kianna was instrumental in the whole process. She treated my mom with dignity and respect never talking down to her or in a childlike way. She was always full of energy and enthusiasm and had great ideas to keep my mom active and her cognitively stimulated. I can honestly say I don’t know what I would have done without her. She was with us when my mom passed as a friend and also assisted in the aftermath. My passed at home and Kianna once again treated her with the utmost respect and dignity in her last hours. ❤️❤️My mom was lucky to have her but Kianna would say she was lucky to have been a part my moms life.
