Hi, I'm Kianna, a CNA with 5+ years of experience in private care, assisted living, memory care (dementia), and skilled nursing facilities. I provide safe, respectful, and dependable support tailored to each client's needs. My experience includes bathing, dressing, grooming, peri-care, feeding, range of motion, light exercise, companionship, respite, hospice support, and wound care within CNA scope. I'm trained in safe transfers using Hoyer lifts and EZ stands. I also have experience with medication ordering, organizing, administering as directed, and communicating with doctors and nurses to ensure proper follow-up. I assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, organizing, and other non-invasive household tasks.
