Kiana helped care for my grandparents of 76 and 89 years old and cleaned up after them, as my grandmother was fairly disabled. She was always a pleasure to have in the home and kept things as tidy as needed while respecting the space and privacy of other family members since we all work remotely from home. She would go above and beyond to cultivate relationships with them with no complaints while showing compassion and empathy as we dealt with the harder days that come with elderly care-taking. As they got older, the family became more hands on but Kiana continued to have a fruitful and caring relationship for the family. I wouldn't have asked anyone else.
