I am passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through movement and shared experiences. Whether you're needing a compassionate ear, someone to play cards with, color with, or even exercise with, I am your person. I'm interested in helping primary family members who have been acting as caregivers to their loved ones take a necessary and well-deserved break! Maybe you need a date night or night out with friends but worry about leaving your loved one. Let me fill in for you and help! Although my primary interest is in spending quality time, I am a Certified CNA and can and will perform duties as needed to help your loved one.
