With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. My skills include errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection with those I care for. My college degree has provided me with a solid foundation for this work.
