About Kera

My name is Kera and recently I moved to California from Montana. Before moving I worked as a Phlebotomist for The American Red Cross, I am certified in CPR/First Aid Response, and through that job have lots of hands on experience with older age groups. What I would love to do for a family is help make sure their loved ones are eating well while still having their dietary restrictions respected. I have experience as a housekeeper and can bring my own supplies to do housekeeping while cooking for your family member. I know some people are uncomfortable having others in their house, cooking in their kitchen and making them eat different foods. I have no desire to upend someone's routines or make them feel guilty for their diet. I am skilled in cooking a wide range of foods, and am always learning more. Currently I am pursuing certification in Diet Science to further my knowledge in nutrition and dietary restrictions for various health issues.
