I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I have experience taking Vital signs, range of motion, positioning, moving, ambulation &transfers, hygiene &grooming, skin care, nutrition, self catheter care, I am proficient in stoma care and routine wound care. Accident prevention focused on safety. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written reports , if needed on a daily basis and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm comfortable with pets.
