I like working with kids because I am a huge advocate for kids learning things outside of their school such as good morality, values, and making sure that they are growing as an individual. I have a huge family so have always been the main caretaker for many years and seeing them grow into good hearted, hard working individuals who has the drive in being better is what makes me continue doing what I love. I started working with kids in my teens and have adapted to many situations to where I can help them be better and I learn ways to better understand them and what is best for them. In my spare time, I like to hike, enjoy outdoors, and spend time with my family! Also trying new foods. One thing you should know about me is I try to keep a positive mindset and am very adaptable. I always try to learn things in how I can take care of kids better. (Only accept video calls w/family beforehand accepting application)

Keou or CeCe is a very nice girl. It started out well for the first couple of visits then we had a couple of challenges with late cancellations. Reliability is huge especially with young kids. Dependability is key when you are scheduling care. A text 15 min before you are scheduled to arrive to pick up the kids as I am boarding a plane was a no go for me. We depended on her for that and it was a huge let down as we also agreed to pay above mileage/gas rate for her as well. We are a very loyal and fair family when it comes to everyone’s time and situations. We expect the same in return. I am hoping these events were isolated as I do not think CeCe/Keou is a bad person at all and can be complimentary to a family if these things don’t happen.
