About Niara

Hi! My name is Niara. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and can work with my schedule as I am a registered behavior technician (RBT). I have professional experience working with children with special needs or behavioral issues. I love working with kids because I believe every interaction truly matters in who they grow up to be, so to be able to set a good example and give them the skills needed to be the best they can be is very important to me. I have a bachelors degree in Human Learning and Development and am currently in grad school for Educational Psychology. The way the brain develops, how we learn, and how we behave are things I am deeply passionate about. My strengths in childcare are my patience and understanding as I know children are still learning how to navigate the world and deserve the chance to learn and grow without fear.
