About Kenya

My name is Kenya and I can overall say I love children. I am hardworking and experienced, yet playful and creative when it comes to coming up with activities kids will love. My background includes summer camp experience (which I did from the ages of 14-19), as well as tutoring experience, daycare experience, and I even worked at an elementary school for a year as a Teacher's Aide. I also study Early Childhood Education at the University of Alabama and will graduate in 2022. In my free time, I enjoy reading, puzzles, and just doing anything that requires you to be active. My top priority is making sure children learn and grow in a positive environment that makes them feel safe, as well as giving them room & the tools to fully express themselves.
