Hi, I'm Kennita! I'm a nurturing, creative, and driven childcare professional with 23+ years of experience caring for children from newborn through fifth grade. I'm First Aid and CPR certified and have worked as a preschool teacher, in aftercare, and currently as an Assistant Director. I'm a mother of two amazing grown children and, after 23 years of marriage, my husband and I are now empty nesters. I'm excited for a new chapter providing personalized care for a loving family. Children have always been my passion. I enjoy helping them learn, grow, build confidence, and feel safe and valued. I'm also a children's author with two published books centered on kindness and another on the way! I'm dependable, patient, and experienced in child development, behavior guidance, safety, and supervision.
