She has a wonderful ability to build a special relationship with each child, meeting them exactly where they are. She has cared for our younger child since he was just 6 months old and has navigated every stage, regression, and new phase with incredible patience, calm, and confidence. With our 6-year-old, she has developed her own special connection and language with her. They love playing and spending time together, and it is beautiful to see their bond. She is warm and loving while also being appropriately firm and authoritative when needed. Her calm, collected demeanor brings a sense of peace and zen to our home, which we truly value.
