About Kennedy

Hello! My name is Kennedy, and I would be honored to offer my services as an overnight post partum doula or newborn care specialist! I have over five years of overnight newborn care experience. I'm well-versed in bottle feeding, burping, diaper changing, soothing, and age appropriate sleep conditioning for a newborn. I clean bottles/pump parts, do meal prep, help with breastfeeding, provide evidence based resources to guide you through post partum, baby laundry, nursery organizing, and care for your newborn throughout the night so that you can get some much needed rest as you adjust to life with a new baby!
