About Alicia

Hello! I am a bilingual college graduate with a degree in accounting, a minor in data analytics, and a certificate in early childhood development. I received my credentials as an Overnight Newborn Care Specialist and am a member of the NCSO. While my most recent experience has been with infants under the age of 1, other positions have included caring for children up to the age of 12. While I enjoyed my day job working in the office, I quickly realized I had a genuine appreciation for caring for children after raising one of my own, which is why I am pursuing a second career. Besides newborn care, I specialize in Montessori teachings, baby-led weaning, and potty and sleep training. I am on my 5th year of paid experience which includes a set of sisters, who were 2 under 2 at the time, a 14-month-old boy and his newborn sibling, a set of school age sisters whom I began caretaking before the youngest could even crawl, and 2 toddlers who were both 5 months when I first began.
